Solution Scope Matrix

Six inputs describing the system you need. The panel returns delivery phases, an effort band, the team the work requires, and the risks your selections imply.

This tool returns no price. It produces an engineering scope profile — phases, effort, team, risks. A figure derived from six dropdowns could not survive contact with your real systems, and we will not put a number on this page that we would have to withdraw in the first meeting. Budget band is an input you choose; it is recorded with the enquiry and never feeds the calculation. The weights are documented in the API response and in docs/scope-matrix.md.

System class

What kind of system is being built or reworked.

Operating scale

How much load and how many people the system has to carry.

Surfaces to build

Every surface is a separate piece of engineering. Select all that apply.

Existing estate

What is already in place around the work.

Assurance level

How much verification the system has to carry before it goes live.

Who runs it

Delivery ends when someone is on the hook for the running system.

Engagement model

Shapes the contract and the reporting cadence, not the engineering effort.

This is an engineering scope profile, not a quotation. It contains no price: the figures are effort and elapsed-time bands derived from the selections above, and they change once we have seen your systems and constraints. A binding proposal follows a discovery conversation.

Send this scope profile to our engineers

Your selections are attached to the enquiry, so the first reply can be about your system rather than about the form. Enquiries are answered within one business day.

Recorded with the enquiry. It does not change the scope profile.

The systems involved, the deadline you are working to, and what is blocking you today.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that 25dbr OÜ will process the information you provide, together with the selections above, in order to respond to your enquiry, as described in the privacy policy. Required fields are marked with an asterisk — company, contact person, email address, primary service and a description of the work. Without them we cannot prepare a technical response, so the form will not submit, and they are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR as steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Phone and budget band are optional. Because they are optional they cannot be necessary for a contract, so they are not covered by that basis: if you choose to give them, we process them under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in replying through the channel you offered and in judging what kind of response is proportionate. Leaving them blank costs you nothing, and you can object to that processing at any time. Retention: 24 months from our last contact, after which we erase it — sooner if you ask. Your enquiry is stored on our server in the United Kingdom (section 3). We never use it for marketing, and no decision about you is automated.

What happens after you send it

An engineer reads the selections and replies within one business day, usually with two or three questions rather than a proposal. A binding proposal follows a discovery conversation — that is the first point at which anyone can quote responsibly.
